Robyn Sanyal

Robyn Sanyal, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robyn is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lincoln Avenue Capital, where they report directly to the Chairman. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Human Resources at Lincoln Avenue Capital from November 2020 to December 2022. Robyn also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Crexi, a technology start-up, where they played a crucial role in scaling up the company's People department during the COVID-19 pandemic. Robyn has extensive experience in creating and implementing human resources and operational infrastructure, talent management, recruiting, compliance, and HRIS implementation.
