Lauren Grimm

Lauren Grimm has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren started their career at Ketchum as an Account Intern in 2004. Lauren then worked at Sinclair Broadcast Group as a Marketing/Research Coordinator from 2005 to 2006. After that, they joined Kaplan Higher Education as an Admissions Representative from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Lauren worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies US, specializing in placing IT professionals in the Pittsburgh area. Lauren then joined CompuGroup Technologies as a Senior IT Recruiter from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they worked at Farmers Insurance as an AgencyPoint Recruiter & Expansion Specialist, recruiting new agency representatives for the Pittsburgh Market from 2012 to 2014. Lauren then joined ADP as a Client Relationship Manager, focusing on high-volume recruitment and maintaining client relationships from 2015 to 2019. Lauren then moved to Korn Ferry, where they held the positions of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2019 to 2021 and Korn Ferry Team Lead from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Lauren Grimm works at Lineage Logistics as the Lead Talent Acquisition Recruiter, starting in 2023.

Lauren Grimm attended Blackhawk Highschool from 1996 to 2000. Lauren then went on to PennWest Clarion, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Business from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Lauren Grimm has obtained several certifications in the field of recruiting. Lauren became a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter in May 2016, an Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter in July 2015, a Certified Social Media Recruiter in July 2015, a Certified Internet Recruiter in April 2015, a Professional Certified Recruiter in March 2015, and a Certified Diversity Recruiter in January 2015.
