Customer Success Manager/Resident Engagement Specialist at Linked Senior

Melinda Cole has worked in the senior living industry since 2006. Melinda began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Marstel-Day, LLC in 2006. Melinda then worked as an Activity Director at Avante Group in 2008 and Five Oaks Manor Retirement Community in 2009. In 2010, they joined Senior Lifestyle Corporation as a Resident Program Director, where they planned and implemented programs and events to provide socialization opportunities, fitness and wellness activities, educational and recreational programs, and spiritual life support based on the individual needs and preferences of the residents. Melinda also developed and maintained a solid volunteer base. In 2011, they became a Customer Success Manager/Resident Engagement Specialist at Linked Senior.

Melinda Cole attended Liberty University from 2015 to 2019 and earned a degree in Business Administration and Communications. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Dementia Practitioner certification. In 2016, they obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare. Melinda also holds a Validation Worker (Level I) certification.
