Justin Foy

Justin Foy, MPS, has a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and engineering. Justin has extensive experience in roles such as Principal Cybersecurity & Systems Engineer at LinQuest, where they were responsible for security accreditation and compliance. Prior to that, they worked at Serco as a Test Engineer IV and Cyber Security Engineer, and also as a Field Engineer III. Foy also served as a Senior Technician at BTP Systems. Justin began their career in the US Navy, where they held various roles including Electronics Technician and Common Submarine Radio Room Supervisor. Throughout their career, Foy has demonstrated expertise in communication systems, information assurance, and safety management.

Justin Foy holds a Master's degree in Informatics with Information Security Management Concentration from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Justin also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the same university in 2016. Justin previously attended Coastline College, where they received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Electronics in 2012. Justin also completed various certifications, including CompTIA Security+ in 2023 and CompTIA A+ in 2016.
