Sunita Shaw

Sunita Shaw is a highly experienced corporate professional, currently serving as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Legal department at Intertrust Group since December 2019. In addition to this role, Sunita has been the Company Secretary at Lion Services Ltd. since December 2018 and previously held the same position at Chandrani Enterprises Private Limited from December 2014 to May 2018. Sunita began a career as an Assistant Company Secretary at Pankaj Verma & Associates in 2014. Sunita holds a Master’s degree in Business/Commerce from Calcutta University and a professional qualification as a Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
