Jennifer Grindstaff has worked in various roles since 2003. Jennifer began their career at The Debt Pros as a Negotiations Client Specialist in 2003. In 2005, they began working for Atkinson-Baker Court Reporters as a Reporter Services and for DMA Claims as an Office Supervisor. In 2011, they began working for Best Packaging, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant. In 2012, they began working for BPV Capital Management - Back Porch Vista as a Market Operations Coordinator, for The Speakers Club as an Event Coordinator, and for Lirio as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, they managed travel for the executive team, distributed company-wide announcements, worked with the General Counsel to create legal documents and forms, and organized catering for private and company luncheons. As an Event Coordinator, they negotiated contracts with speaking agencies, coordinated with the speaking agency to book flights, hotels, ground travel and venues for each speaker, and ensured all members paid their dues and all vendors were paid. As a Market Operations Coordinator, they sorted through the entire database researching each client account online, investigated potential clients from magazines, conference lists, and marketing databases, and prepared letters and materials to be sent out to the fund shareholders quarterly. As an Administrative Assistant, they handled receptionist duties, sourced and priced products, and processed payments, purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices for clients.
Jennifer Grindstaff obtained a BA in Ethics from Union University between 1997 and 2002. Jennifer has also obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn, including IT Service Desk: Management Fundamentals, Learning Confluence 2018, and Project Management Foundations: Quality, Requirements, Risk, Teams, and Project Management Foundations. These certifications were obtained between April 2019 and January 2020.
