Laura Trimboli Fiebert is an accomplished founder and co-founder with extensive experience in operations and customer service. As the Founder of giftlab since January 2017, and Co-Founder of both Lasso Analytics and Listen Money Matters since 2020 and 2014 respectively, Laura has demonstrated a strong commitment to building successful companies. Previous experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service at TRADE SUPPLY GROUP, where plans for improving customer service efficiency were implemented, and as Assistant Manager at TaROO, where exceptional communication skills were utilized to foster long-term customer relationships. Earlier roles include Receptionist/Retail Store Associate at Makeovers and Department Manager at CVS Caremark Corporation, where product knowledge and team collaboration were prioritized.
