Natalya K. Seals is the founder and CEO of Little Sponges. Natalya previously worked as a Sr. Global Brand Manager for Always/Whisper Brand at Procter & Gamble from December 2005 to March 2015. Prior to that, they were an MBA Intern at Temple-Inland Inc. from May 2005 to August 2005. Natalya began their career as a Human Resources at Eastman Chemical Company from August 2002 to July 2004.

Natalya K. Seals has an MBA in Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a BA in Marketing from Milligan College.
