Stephan C. Swinkels

Stephan Swinkels is a seasoned attorney and board member with extensive experience in employment and labor law. Currently, Stephan serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and a Shareholder at Littler, where representation focuses on management across various legal aspects. Previously, Stephan was involved with L&E Global as an Executive Director and Attorney at Law, contributing to an alliance of boutique firms specializing in employment law. Additional experience includes consulting for Deutsche Bank's CFO, practicing corporate/M&A law at Baker & McKenzie, and a significant tenure at CLINT | Littler. Stephan holds a Master of Laws from Leiden University, an MBA from ESMT Berlin, and a post-doctoral degree in M&A and Corporate Law from Grotius Academie.
