Dr. Connie Kristine

Dr. Connie Kristine serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at LiveOnNY, a non-profit Organ Procurement Organization, since January 2022, where the mission is to honor individual wishes for organ donation. Concurrently, Dr. Kristine holds the position of Faculty Lecturer at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and serves on the Advisory Board of Quality Reviews, Inc. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Chief Contracting Officer at Mount Sinai Health System and President and COO of NexxtHealth, Inc., a digital start-up under Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. Dr. Kristine has extensive experience in healthcare operations and compliance, beginning their career at Mercy Independent Practice Association and advancing through various leadership roles at Empire BlueCross BlueShield and its subsidiaries. Dr. Kristine earned a Doctorate in Human Rights from Middlesex University between 2015 and 2018.
