Elizabeth Pedler

Elizabeth Pedler is an experienced leader in people development, currently serving as the Global People Development Director at Lloyd's Register since October 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Director of Leadership Talent and Learning at Deloitte, where contributions included transforming learning initiatives for a 25,000-employee firm in a post-COVID environment. Elizabeth's past experience also encompasses roles at Smiths Group plc as Head of Leadership Development and Talent Director for Smiths Interconnect, as well as significant positions in talent development at Thomson Reuters, including leading flagship leadership programs and graduate initiatives. Early career experience includes roles at Tesco PLC and Denton Wilde Sapte, with education credentials that include a Sociology degree from the University of Warwick and legal qualifications from BPP Law School and the College of Law.
