Sharron Pamplin

Sharron Pamplin currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Lloyd's Register and holds multiple leadership positions, including Member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee at the British Heart Foundation, and Non-Executive Director and Chair of RemCo at Enginuity. With a robust background in Human Resources, Sharron has previously worked as a Partner and Chief People Officer at Deloitte UK, as well as HR Director roles at Atkins and Hays. Additionally, Sharron contributed to the CBI's Advisory Board on Employment and Skills and volunteered as a mentor with Steps Ahead Mentoring. Sharron's recent educational pursuit includes an ICF Accredited PG Certification in Business and Personal Coaching from Barefoot Coaching Ltd.
