Kyle D. has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Kyle began their career at Morgan Stanley as a Personal Wealth Manager from 2001 to 2002. Kyle then worked as a Special Project Coordinator for CRISPS in Barcelona, Spain from 2004 to 2005, where they helped organize the supply chain of hospitals. Kyle joined Goldman Sachs as a Lead-Manager from 2005 to 2006.

In 2006, Kyle became the Principal and Creative Director at The Print & Pixel, a role they held until 2011. Kyle then worked as a Creative Director for Relentless Media Productions from 2009 to 2010.

Kyle's next role was at SocialTyze, where they served as a Creative Director from 2011 to 2012. Kyle was then promoted to Vice President of Creative Technology from 2012 to 2015, overseeing application development and the creative direction of the company.

In 2015, Kyle co-founded Hitscan Labs, which later got acquired by Loaded. At Hitscan Labs, they developed NOSCOPE, an advanced discovery and analytics tool for Twitch. Kyle held the position of Co-Founder until 2017.

Since 2017, Kyle has been working at Loaded. Kyle initially joined as the SVP of Monetization and Strategy and later transitioned to the role of Chief Strategy Officer in August 2021.
