Matthew Rudofker

Matthew Rudofker has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Matthew is currently working as the Head Of Culinary at Local Food Group since November 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Operations at Schulson Collective from June 2019 to November 2020. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Culinary Operations at Momofuku from 2017 to 2019.
