Darren Pope

Darren Pope is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system architecture and software engineering. Currently serving as a Principal System Architect at Lockheed Martin since November 2020, Darren previously held the same title at CAE from May 2019 to November 2020. Before that, Darren contributed as a System Architect at Lockheed Martin from May 2016 to May 2019. Darren's career began at East Sussex County Council - Highways Department as a Civil Engineering Technician, followed by notable roles at RACAL Survey and RACAL Positioning Systems as a Senior Software Engineer. With a solid foundation in software architecture at CAE from April 1995 to May 2016, Darren Pope's career reflects a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership across various engineering domains. Education was obtained from the University of Brighton.
