Dave Hauser is an experienced engineer and project manager with extensive expertise in systems engineering and product management. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories since September 2017, Dave leads cross-functional discussions to evaluate the California location strategy, engaging with senior managers and directors to analyze critical data. With a long tenure at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company that began in August 2004, Dave has held several key positions, including Certified Principal Engineer, Lead Design Engineer, and Mechanical Design Engineer, demonstrating proficiency in managing mission-critical mechanisms for the Air Force's Space Based Infrared Satellite (SBIRS), overseeing subcontract management, and producing engineering change orders. Dave holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management & Leadership from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
