Mark Harbin

Mark Harbin serves as an Environmental Consultant at Harbin Refrigerant Compliance since November 2023, following a lengthy tenure at Sphera from June 2000 to November 2023 as Manager of Refrigerant Compliance. In this role, Mark was integral in managing refrigerant compliance management software, ensuring alignment with US EPA, EU F-Gas, and CARB regulations, while also engaging in business development and sales support. Mark provided comprehensive consulting on refrigerant compliance, conducted mock audits for various high-profile clients, and trained professionals in compliance management practices.
