Josefina Manzanares

Josefina Manzanares has a diverse work experience, mainly in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Josefina is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Lodgify since November 2022. Before that, they worked at IQTP as a Talent Acquisition Manager from December 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Josefina held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Robert Walters from February 2021 to December 2021.

From December 2018 to February 2021, they worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev, initially as an Employer Brand & Talent Acquisition Manager and later as a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Latin American South region. Josefina also briefly served as a Talent Acquisition Leader during their time there.

Before joining Anheuser-Busch InBev, Josefina worked at Michael Page, starting as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in October 2015. Josefina later held the roles of Senior Consultant and Recruiting Manager at the same company.

Josefina Manzanares pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Universitat de Barcelona from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the Universidad del Salvador, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
