Phil Innes

Phil Innes is an experienced entrepreneur and wine specialist with a significant background in the beverage industry. As the Founder and Managing Director of Loki Wines Ltd since May 2011, Phil has established a specialist wine merchant and tasting house in Birmingham City Centre, overseeing operations including licensing, planning, and wine sourcing. Previously, as Founder and Director of Slosh Box Wine & Beverages Ltd from October 2010 to June 2012, Phil managed daily operations, product selection, marketing, and brand development through social media and public relations. Additionally, Phil gained management experience at Thresher Group from March 2004 to September 2009, where responsibilities included team training and staff management, and engaged in part-time bar work at Mitchells & Butlers while studying at The University of Manchester, where a degree in Town Planning was earned between 2004 and 2008.
