Jessica Ogden is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource operations and management. Currently, Jessica serves as the Head of Reward and HR Operations at the London Metal Exchange, having previously held the role of HR Operations Manager. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Worldpay, where Jessica played a pivotal role in creating a shared service function and overseeing the HR Administration team.
