Robert Archambault has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Robert is currently working as the Director of Client Success at Long View Systems, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Professional Services at CanConnect Consulting starting from April 2016.

Robert Archambault obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Calgary from 1988 to 1993. In 2008 to 2009, they received a CCSL degree in Strategic Call Centre Management from the Call Centre Industry Advisory Council. Robert also holds a certification in CCSL Strategic Leader from CIAC/ICMI.
