Cesar Dominguez

Cesar Dominguez has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles across different industries. Cesar started their career as a Supply Chain Intern at Park Place Dealerships, where they focused on increasing profitability and optimizing inventory management. Cesar then worked as a Petroleum Engineer/Geology Intern at Sethi Petroleum LLC, where they evaluated prospects, managed assets, and negotiated contract terms. Cesar also served as a Wellsite Geologist at Selman & Associates, Ltd. for a brief period.

In 2016, Cesar transitioned into the renewable energy sector and worked as a Solar Project Engineer at Konisto Companies LLC, overseeing solar projects. Cesar later joined OCI Solar Power LLC as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for project scheduling, controls, and coordination with field engineers and clients. Cesar also worked on the preparation, baselining, and updating of engineering schedules to align them with project requirements.

Cesar's project management skills continued to grow when they joined Webber as a Field Engineer, responsible for monitoring field activities. Cesar then moved on to 3C Metal as a Project Engineer, where they coordinated all aspects of projects, including technical, scheduling, cost control, and supplier/subcontractor management.

Cesar's most recent role is as a Solar Project Engineer at Longroad Energy Partners, where they coordinate and manages subcontractor and vendor schedules to support project timelines. Cesar oversees construction quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety practices.

Throughout their career, Cesar has consistently demonstrated their ability to coordinate projects, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality work. Their experience spans across different industries, including renewable energy, petroleum, and automotive, showcasing their adaptability and versatile skill set.

Cesar Dominguez completed their education in a chronological order. Cesar attended Texas Christian University from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Following that, they attended Texas Tech University from 2013 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering/ Civil Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Cesar Dominguez obtained several certifications. In February 2014, they completed the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Training offered by Variance Reduction International, Inc. Cesar also obtained the OSHA 10 Hour certification from Mortenson in March 2017.

Cesar Dominguez obtained various safety-related certifications as well. In September 2016, they completed the Standard Fall Protection Safety & Rescue course offered by Structural Components, LLC. In February 2019, they obtained the IADC RigPass Onshore & Offshore certification from Falck Safety Services (Global). Cesar also obtained the Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) 5700 OPITO Approved certificate from Falck Safety Services (US) in October 2018.

Moreover, Cesar Dominguez obtained the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) from US Go in October 2018. Lastly, they obtained the CPR & AED Certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in September 2016.
