Hector Fabian Castro.

Hector Fabian Castro has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Hector Fabian began their career in 1986 as a Production Technician at Lepetit Laboratories and later worked as a Laboratory Technician at Difucap Eurand Laboratories and Finocchieto Hospital.

In 1993, Castro joined Temis Lostaló Laboratories, where they served as an Instrumentation Supervisor responsible for maintaining and calibrating analytical instruments and conducting pharmaceutical analysis. Hector Fabian later became the GMP Coordinator, overseeing audits, training, and documentation.

Castro joined Pharmascience in 2003 as an R&D Analyst, specializing in stability and pharmaceutical analysis according to ICH regulations. Hector Fabian conducted high-performance liquid chromatography tests, wrote deviation reports, and revised laboratory procedures. Hector Fabian stayed with Pharmascience until 2009.

From 2010 to 2011, Castro worked as a QC Chemistry Laboratory Analyst at Uman Pharma Inc., focusing on method development and validation. Hector Fabian then transitioned into the role of Research and Development Laboratory Analyst at the same company, continuing their work in analytical method development, validation, and technical writing until at least 2012.

In 2018, Castro joined Groupe PARIMA Inc. as a Chemist and R&V Scientist, specializing in laboratory health and safety, analytical method development, and technical writing. Hector Fabian stayed with the company until 2021.

From 2021 to 2022, Castro worked at Loop Industries as a Procurement, Health, and Safety in Laboratory Agent, focusing on laboratory operations and safety.

Currently, Castro is employed at Groupe PARIMA as an Equipment and Instrumentation Specialist, beginning their tenure in August 2022.

Throughout their career, Castro has gained extensive experience in laboratory operations, method development and validation, technical writing, and quality assurance.

Hector Fabian Castro has a diverse education history spanning several years and fields of study. Hector Fabian began their education at ENET N 1 Dr Ernesto Longobardi, where they obtained a Technician degree in Chemistry from 1978 to 1983. Hector Fabian then pursued further education at the University of Buenos Aires, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from 1985 to 1993. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Buenos Aires again, this time completing a Diploma in Health and Safety at the workplace from 1996 to 1997.

In 1998, Hector obtained a Diploma in Quality Systems Manager from the Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Hector Fabian later attended the Université de Montréal from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Development (Dess Pharm.). Additionally, in 2009, they received certification as a Chemist from the Ordre Chimistes Québec, becoming a member of the ordre des chimistes du Quebec.

In 2015 and 2016, Hector pursued further education at the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue, obtaining a Health and Safety at work certificate (HSW). These various educational experiences showcase Hector's commitment to continuous learning and their expertise in chemistry, health and safety, quality systems management, and pharmaceutical development.
