Joe Guy has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Joe is currently the Chief Product Officer at Loopr AI, where they lead product strategy and engineering for the company. Loopr AI is an AI startup that helps manufacturers integrate AI into their factory floors to improve processes and revenue results. Prior to this role, Joe worked as an Advisor at Loopr AI.

Previously, Joe co-founded Spyglass Connected Solutions in 2018 and served as the Chief Product Officer and COO. The company developed quality inspection products for manufacturers striving to advance their Industry 4.0 agendas. During this time, the business assets were acquired by SCS Inc, and the company began operating under the name Mariner.

Before founding Spyglass Connected Solutions, Joe had a long and successful tenure at Mariner. Joe started in 1998 as the Managing Director of Professional Services and COO, leading a boutique technology consulting firm. Over the course of 20 years, Mariner served over 250 customers, including Fortune 500 companies, and employed 150 talented individuals.

Prior to Mariner, Joe worked at Financial Dynamics, Inc as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager. Joe designed, developed, and managed custom software products for various industries, including CPG, healthcare, and financial services. Joe also played a key role in improving customer satisfaction scores and reducing project write-offs by introducing a new software engineering process and delivering training to internal teams.

Additionally, in the early years of their career, Joe worked as a Consultant at Step Consulting. During their time there, they designed and developed an internal laboratory software suite for a large biotech company. This product won the Smithsonian Award for technology innovation in medicine.
