Mark H. C. Rogers

Mark H. C. Rogers currently serves as the Head of Legal & Compliance for the Swiss Legal Desk at Bouygues Construction since 2016, providing legal business partnership to Bouygues Construction companies in Switzerland and overseeing legal management for VCES in the Czech Republic and Karmar in Poland. Previous experience includes roles as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at SPD Swiss Precision Diagnostics GmbH, Senior Corporate Counsel at both Merck Serono and Aleris, and Corporate Counsel at Losinger. Early in the career, positions included Assistant to the Chairman of the Board at Eurowings, Legal Adviser at Pictet & Cie, and Attorney at Poncet Warluzel & Associes. Mark H. C.
