Lee Teal is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and management. As the Business Owner of Love Brownies since January 2009, Lee has significantly contributed to the growth of the company, which is on track to operate 30 cafes across the UK in addition to a successful online gifting platform. Previously, Lee served as the Owner of Designed For from March 2017 to November 2021 and held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at Optimum International from February 2004 to March 2017, where the focus was on designing and manufacturing high-performance furniture. Lee began the professional journey as Health Club Manager and Personal Trainer at Bodies Health Club and Spa, overseeing a team for 2,000 members. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Bedfordshire.
