Mara Green has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017. Mara first worked as a Receptionist/Marketing Assistant at Ferrari, where they played the role of greeter and phone operator, and acted as a liaison between customers and sales associates and management. Mara also assisted in the planning and conducting of events. In the same year, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Maserati, where they assisted in the Marketing department running online ADs monthly and tracking customer interaction. In 2019, they worked as President and Project Lead at the Knights Association of Project Management at UCF. In 2020, they were Vice President of MSEL at Babson College Graduate Student Council. Currently, they are an Operations Coordinator and Customer Success at Loxo, where they work closely with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and recommend best practices of varying complexity via email, live chat, phone, and video conferences. Mara also responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner while providing world-class care to strengthen retention and loyalty. In addition, they work cross-functionality with the Product & Engineering team’s to share customer requests and troubleshooting tickets to improve the customer experience.

Mara Green obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Florida in 2020. Mara then went on to earn a Master of Science in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Excel Essential Training (Office 365) from LinkedIn in January 2020.
