David Cunningham

David Cunningham, MD, MPH, currently serves as Chief Physician and National Medical Director at Loyal Source Government Services since September 2019. Prior to this role, David Cunningham had a distinguished career with the United States Air Force from July 1995 to July 2018, where responsibilities included Chief of Aerospace Medicine Enterprise and Family Practice Physician/Aerospace Medicine Specialist. David Cunningham earned an MD in Medicine from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine (1988-1992), an MPH in Public Health from The University of Texas at San Antonio (2005-2006), an Associate of Arts in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Maryland - Munich Campus (1983-1985), and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Michigan State University (1985-1987).
