McKenna Martin

McKenna Martin is an experienced professional in service design and product innovation, currently serving as AVP, Strategy - SD Lead at LPL Financial since May 2023. Previously, McKenna held the position of VP Service Design Director I at Truist, where responsibilities included leading holistic service design activities and managing cross-functional teams through agile methodologies, as well as educating colleagues on design-thinking processes. Prior roles include Senior Service Designer at Truist, Owner & Co-Founder of RINGVENTE, and Lead Project Designer at Shremshock: Architects & Engineers, emphasizing healthcare-focused projects. McKenna began the professional journey in experience design with various roles, ultimately gaining a robust academic foundation with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Miami University.
