Shivani Negi

Shivani Negi is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR (Business Partner) at L&T Realty since March 2013, Shivani partners with Business Unit Heads in Sales, Marketing, and CRM to develop and implement effective HR solutions, acting as a change agent and strategic HR partner. Prior to this role, Shivani worked at Lodha Group from November 2006 to March 2013, contributing expertise in HR functions, and began the career as a Management Trainee in HR at Bridgestone India Pvt Ltd in 2005. Shivani holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Prestige Institute, completed in 2004.
