Britt Pellens serves as a researcher at LUCA School of Arts since January 2023, leading the HOMEDEM project focused on co-designing homes for individuals with dementia as part of the European Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Network. Previously, Britt was an EU ambassador and finalist for the New European Bauhaus movement from June 2022 to June 2023. Additional roles include internships and temporary positions in socio-spatial planning and architecture from various firms such as Endeavour and CLUSTER landschap & stedenbouw between 2019 and 2022. Academically, Britt holds a Postgraduate Degree in Space and Service Design from Thomas More University, alongside two Master's degrees in Urban Planning and Architecture from the University of Antwerp, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the same institution and an exchange thesis in Brazil. Education was completed at Koninlijk Atheneum Lier.
