William Miller

William Miller, MBA, PMP, is an experienced strategy and operations consultant currently managing accounts and projects for Lucinetic's GenAI location intelligence platform, which is in its beta phase. Prior experience includes serving as Project Management Contractor and Owner at OTech Management, Inc., where business ideation and branding were executed, and co-founding Simpledata, Inc., leading strategic planning and managing international teams. As a Program Manager at Cloudentity, William successfully led over 25 cybersecurity projects with a high success rate. Early career roles included working as a Spanish Cryptologic Linguist at the National Security Agency, contributing significantly to critical operations, and receiving expert training as a Spanish Linguist Trainee in the United States Air Force. William holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of California, San Diego, and has degrees in Financial Economics and Communications Technology.
