Lou Cabrera

Lou Cabrera is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Adviser for Lulius Innovation, Cabrera focuses on technology solutions for Army Aviation and commercial automation. As the President and Founder of AmPro Services Corporation, Cabrera provides management consulting, emphasizing veteran and minority leadership. Prior roles include Chairman at ProSphere, President of the National Guard Youth Foundation, and Director of Administration and Resource Management/Comptroller for the National Guard Bureau. Notably, Cabrera was also a Colonel in the US Army and has held key positions within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the US Air Force. Educational credentials include an MBA and a BS in Business from the University of Nevada, Reno, and participation in executive education programs at Harvard Business School.
