Ryan H. Stewart

Ryan Stewart is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at LUNA Innovations since January 2024, where leadership encompasses legal, compliance, and regulatory matters while advising senior executives and engaging with the Board of Directors. Previously, Ryan held the positions of General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer, and Secretary at TMEIC Corporation from May 2018 to December 2023, contributing as an executive management team member. Earlier career roles include Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Alliance One, as well as positions at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP, The Vernon Law Firm, P.A., and various other firms and organizations. Ryan holds a JD in Business Law from Elon University and a BA in Philosophy from St. Lawrence University.
