Jorge Rodríguez

Jorge Rodríguez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries.

Jorge began their career as the Founder and Senior Infographist at Dpicomunicacion, where they managed a team of designers and provided graphical design and infographics services to major media companies in Spain.

Jorge then worked as a Senior Infographics Designer at Diario 16, where they created daily infographics for the national Spanish newspaper using software such as QuarkX Press, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and 3D Studio Max.

Jorge also had a stint as a Senior Designer and Software Engineer as a freelancer under the brand Luddoo. During this time, Jorge designed and developed interactive products for various clients, including Trio Edición Digital and Editorial Santillana Interactive.

Jorge then joined BetyByte, initially as the General Manager and later promoted to CEO. Jorge managed complex projects and big customer accounts, and when BetyByte was acquired by Essence Group, Jorge became the Head of the Facility, leading and adapting the company procedures to the international group's standards.

Following their time at BetyByte, Jorge worked as the Head of Essence Interactive Center at Essence Group. In this role, they managed the Spanish facility, focusing on design, R&D, manufacturing, and services of IoT solutions. Jorge coordinated various operations with the matrix at the company's headquarters in Tel Aviv and other Essence facilities worldwide.

Jorge also served as the Innovation Manager at Ready cares for you™, where they combined multiple responsibilities such as Head of Essence Interactive Center, product and line of business leader, technical designer, and innovation manager. Jorge led a multidisciplinary team and gained expertise in services, business model design, product design, software, and marketing.

Jorge'smost recent experiences include working as a Senior Software Engineer at NEXPLORE, where they utilized their extensive design and software development skills for more than 30 years. Jorge was proficient in tools like Adobe CS, 3D Studio Max, Blender, and prototyping tools. Jorge also worked with multi-platform frameworks and libraries such as Angular, iONIC, NodeJS, Python, and JavaScript.

Jorge was also a part of Primion Digitek as a Senior Software Developer, specializing in functional analysis, micro-service architecture design, and UX/UI design using tools like Figma.

Jorge'scurrent role is as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Lurtis Rules, where they apply their expertise in full-stack development.

Throughout their career, Jorge has demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to different roles and industries while consistently delivering high-quality work.

Jorge Rodríguez attended Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Systems Engineering. Jorge'sfield of study was specifically focused on telecommunications engineering.
