Gonzalo Falcon Figueroa is currently serving as the Food Safety Manager at Lusamerica Foods Inc since August 2020, following a role as FSQA Specialist at Dole Food Company from August 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating and auditing FSQA programs for Dole North America. Prior experience includes working as a Food Safety Specialist at DOLE Fresh Vegetables, a Quality Analyst/Microbiologist at Pac-Tech International, a Microbiology Specialist at Humacao Community College, a Food Safety Technician at S.A.I.A., and as a Research Assistant at both Instituto de Neurobiologia, UPR Medical Science Campus, and Biomedical Proteomic Facility, Universidad Central del Caribe.
