Romain Martin

Romain Martin is a highly experienced professional, currently serving as Premier Conseiller de Gouvernement at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research since April 2019. In addition, Romain holds positions as Chairman of the Board of Directors for both the Luxembourg National Data Service and the Luxembourg Media & Digital Design Centre, as well as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Luxembourg Space Agency. Romain is also the Government Commissioner for the Luxembourg National Research Fund and serves on the Board of Directors of various organizations, including the University of Luxembourg Competence Centre, Luxinnovation GIE, Technoport SA, LuxProvide, and the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law. Romain Martin holds multiple degrees in Psychology and Education from Université de Lorraine and has a PhD in Differential and Educational Psychology, Cognitive Science.
