Kailee Anderson Roach

Kailee Anderson Roach, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing complex product installations and leading implementation teams. Since June 2018, Kailee has held various roles at Lytx, Inc., including Senior Project Manager and Implementation Project Manager, where responsibilities included developing strategic deployment plans, enhancing team workflows, and training teams on upgrade processes. Previous experience includes serving as a Buyer/Production Planner at TEMPO Communications, Inc., where Kailee focused on supply chain efficiency and cost reduction, and participation in the Leadership Development Program: Integrated Supply Chain at Textron, aimed at fostering high-performing talent in integrated supply chain projects. Kailee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply and Value Chain Management from Texas Christian University and has also studied at London Business School.
