Anna Niinimaa

Anna Niinimaa has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Anna is currently working at M-Files as the People Operations Director, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at dentsu Finland as the People Operations Lead from October 2021 to July 2023. Anna also has experience as a People & Culture Manager at dentsu Finland from January 2019 to September 2021. Before that, they worked at Azets as an HR Advisor/In-house HR Manager for dentsu Finland from August 2018 to December 2018. Anna served as an HR Business Partner at Amer Sports Corporation from January 2017 to August 2018. Anna Niinimaa began their career at Suunto, where they held roles as a Senior HR Specialist from September 2014 to December 2016, and as an HR Specialist from March 2011 to August 2014. Anna also has experience at Fruugo, where they worked as an HR Manager from November 2009 to February 2011, as a Financial Assistant from December 2008 to February 2011, and as an HR Assistant in October 2008. Anna started their career as a Trainee in Communications & PR at Centre Culturel Français Charles Baudelaire from September 2007 to December 2007.

Anna Niinimaa's education history includes a period of study at Aalto University from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on Organization and Management. Prior to that, they attended the University of Jyväskylä from 2001 to 2008, obtaining a Master of Arts degree. During their time at the University of Jyväskylä, Anna studied Roman philology, Spanish, Intercultural communication, EU studies, and Latin American studies.

In addition to their formal education, Anna has obtained two certifications. In March 2022, they became an Agile HR Certified Practitioner through the Agile HR Community. In February 2020, they obtained the Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci.
