Riikka Faucher

Riikka Faucher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Riikka began their career at IDM as a Project & Communication Assistant, where they organized and managed the company's participation in international biotech conferences. Riikka then joined Sony Europe, where they worked as an Assistant Manager CRM, Digital Imaging Europe Business Unit (DIME), responsible for planning and managing email marketing campaigns. Riikka also gained experience in customer success management at PartyLite Nordic and Virta Ltd, where they focused on building and maintaining relationships with B2B customers. Riikka also served as a Wellbeing and Recreation Manager at Nuffield Health, where they developed and executed comprehensive programs for members. Riikka most recently worked at Wellmo as a Customer Success Manager, assisting customers with service design and project management. Currently, they are working at M-Files as a People Operations Project Specialist.

From 1997 to 2000, Riikka Faucher attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics & European Studies.

In 2000, Riikka Faucher enrolled in The University of Manchester and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business in 2001.

Also in 2001, Riikka Faucher attended HEC Paris for International Management studies, although the degree obtained is not specified.
