Jessica Schnepf

Jessica Schnepf is currently the Head of Product Design at M1 Finance. Jessica has over 8 years of experience in UX design and has held various management positions in design teams at major tech companies.

Jessica started their career as a UX advisor and designer at DoLightful Inc (Kango) in 2013. Jessica then moved on to Instacart in 2016, where they became the Head of Design after just one year. In 2017, Jessica left Instacart to join NestEgg.rent as their Design and Operations lead.

During their time at NestEgg, Jessica was responsible for raising $1.5M in seed investment and building the design team from scratch. Jessica also led user research, facilitated service design workshops, and developed an operational strategy for new products and features. Jessica left NestEgg in 2019 to join project44 as their Head of Product Experience Design.

At project44, Jessica led the Product Experience Design team to global success. In just two years, they helped project44 become the leading provider of multimodal supply chain visibility solutions. Jessica left project44 in February 2021 to join M1 Finance as their Head of Product Design.

Jessica Schnepf has a MFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Chicago, a BA in Visual Communication Design from Purdue University, and a BS in Arts Administration – Music from Butler University.

They work with and Reeba Mathen - Head of Product Management. Their manager is Ketan Babaria, Chief Product Officer.
