Claire Horsgood has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Claire began their career at the NHS as a Graduate Support Worker and later worked as an Assistant Psychologist. In 2001, they joined Cognitive Drug Research Ltd., where they held several positions, including Research Assistant, Research Manager, and Acting Operations Director. Claire then became the Director of Business Development and later the Director of Business Operations at the same company. In 2009, Claire Horsgood formed their own company, Claire Horsgood Ltd., where they worked as the Director for a brief period. In 2010, they joined PPD as an Operational Bidding Consultant and subsequently held various roles, including Senior Manager, Associate Director, and Senior Director. Claire Horsgood completed their education with a Diploma of Higher Education in Management from the University of Reading in 2008.
