Nick Ward

Nick Ward has extensive work experience in the finance and corporate development field. Nick currently holds the position of Head of Finance - Australia West at MACA Ltd, where they are responsible for overseeing financial operations. Nick also serves as the Company Secretary and previously held the role of General Manager - Finance & Corporate Development. Prior to their time at MACA Ltd, Nick worked at EY for several years, starting as an Accountant and progressing to roles such as Senior Analyst, Manager, and Associate Director.

Nick Ward has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, completed from 2006 to 2008. Nick also has a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, completed from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional, completed from 2012 to 2013. Lastly, they completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia from 2019 to 2020.
