Ricardo Villeta

Ricardo Villeta is the Deputy Director for Operations, Finance, and Management at Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission since December 2012. As a key member of the MACPAC leadership team, Ricardo is responsible for financial management of the organization's budget and resources. Prior to this role, Ricardo served as the SVP and Chief Management Officer at Academy for Educational Development from June 1975 to June 2011, overseeing various central service departments and improving operational effectiveness. Ricardo holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from George Washington University and a BS in French from Georgetown University.
