Bronston Carroll, MA

Bronston Carroll, MA has held a variety of roles in the military and corporate sectors. In 2004, they began their career in the US Navy as an Assistant Operations Officer/Command Safety Officer, where they implemented short and long range operational scheduling for over 400 Sailors and presented command wide safety briefs. Bronston also served as a Surface Warfare Officer, Lieutenant, Maritime Support Vessel Officer-in-Charge, Assistant First Lieutenant, Main Propulsion Division Officer, and Electrical and Internal Communication Division Officer. In 2010, they transitioned to Amazon where they were an Area Manager. In 2013, they joined Good Guys Network as an Operations Manager. In 2016, they moved to Thrive Senior Living and held the roles of Director of Cultural Alignment, Market President, and President of Thrive Memory Care at Corpus Christi. In 2021, they joined ARMINA HEALTH as Vice President of Operations and in 2022 they became the Chief Experience Officer at Magazine Jukebox, Inc.

Bronston Carroll, MA began their education in 1999, when they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the United States Naval Academy in 2004. Bronston then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business in 2011. Additionally, in December 2011, they obtained certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt, Lean and Black Belt) from Villanova University.
