Fahim Ahmed

Fahim Ahmed has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Fahim started their professional journey in 2005 as a Customer Support/Service Engineer at Marshal Equipment & Trading Co. LLC. In this role, Fahim provided level 3 technical support for Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals to major fueling stations in the United Arab Emirates. Fahim troubleshooted hardware, software, and connectivity issues for desktop systems, and also provided support for various in-house applications.

In 2016, Fahim joined both the First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi as a Technical Analyst. Fahim held this position in both companies until 2021.

Most recently, Fahim joined Magnati in December 2021 as a Technical Analyst. This latest role completes their current work experience.

Fahim Ahmed completed their high school education in Computer Science from Sheikh Rashid School in Dubai from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications. Fahim obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Manipal Executive Education in September 2021. In August 2008, they completed a certification on "Implementing a Microsoft Windows Server Network Infrastructure" from SitesPower Training Center in Dubai. Furthermore, in July 2008, they obtained certifications on "Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft Windows Client" and "Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server Environment" from the same institution. Prior to that, in August 2003, they earned a certification as a Computer Hardware Master from Zenith Training Institute in Sharjah. Additionally, in August 2001, Fahim completed a certification on Macromedia Flash from Aptech Computer Education in Sharjah. Furthermore, in July 2001, they obtained a certification in MS Access Programming from the same institution. Lastly, in May 2001, Fahim earned certifications in HTML, FrontPage, and Java Programming from Aptech Computer Education in Sharjah.
