Nichole Davies

Nichole Davies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon since November 2020, Nichole manages and develops teams of 50 to 200 associates, ensuring compliance with policies and safety programs while fostering a quality work environment. In addition to this role, Nichole has been involved with the MAHASKA COUNTY YMCA since April 2017, where responsibilities include assisting with membership operations and supporting educational programs for children. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate Teacher at Baxter Early Learning Center and an Advancement Office Assistant at William Penn University.
