Joy Symon Fall is currently the Director of Human Resources at MaineHealth / Southern Maine Healthcare. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles at various healthcare organizations and financial institutions, Joy has a strong background in managing HR functions, employee engagement, and performance management. Joy holds a BA in Management with a Marketing Concentration from Simmons University and has participated in leadership programs such as Leadership Maine.
