Summary of Role:

Responsible for the Project Management Office (“PMO”) in the KF Wind project which is a JV between Mainstream Renewable Power and Ocean Winds. Key resource for Project Director, Technical Director and Project Management team to secure that the project is progressing efficiently and according to the agreed schedule and budget. Ensure that the KFWind organisation is aligned and working towards the same goal through close collaboration with other department leaders. Support with setting deadlines and provide analysis and prioritization of work related to development of the KFWind projects.

What you will do?

  • Manage the PMO to ensure that the project is successfully progressing and completed according to the agreed time schedule and within budget. The Project Management Office responsibilities are:
    • Time management
    • Cost Control
    • Quality Control
    • Change Control
    • Document Control
    • Resource needs
    • Risk Management
  • Coordinate Project reporting both internally and to the Board of Directors in close collaboration with the Project Director
  • The PMO officer will work with leaders across various departments to help streamline the project to ensure progress and keep projects on track for an agreed timely completion.
  • Ensuring projects align with business goals
  • Establish, update and analyse program scenarios and recommend improvements if needed
  • Secure good Quality Control within KFWind and for project deliverables
  • Verify progress and reporting from Suppliers and Contracts placed by KFWind
  • Support supply chain with PMO related activities in the process of placing 3rd party Contracts
  • Contribute to develop and establish operational, financial and strategic analysis within the Project
  • Manage the Risk Management of the project
