Charlène Griffit

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene leads initiatives in care planning and patient bedside education. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was successfully achieved in a trauma setting. Charlene also contributed as a Senior Business Consultant focusing on Convergent Medical Terminology and served as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Academically, Charlene holds a Master's degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
